Use a soft measuring tape, measure around your tummy where your weight belt would sit.  NOT your waist where your trousers sit.  Please do not suck your stomach in and keep everything relaxed when measuring.

The TUFF 10mm Lever Belts are made from manufactured leather and provide you with superior support when training in the gym. The dual ply leather is more flexible than standard leather belts which make it easy wear while proving the extreme support you expect from this specification product.  

Tested for over a 13 month period with body builders and international level strongmen we are confident this will provide you with all the support you require for your training goals.

Finished with all Black stitching and all Black laser etched metal work this is a clean as it comes, add to that the classic pure White TuffWraps Global logo embroidered on the back and you have a belt that will last you a lifetime.

Great Quality

Its not cheap but this is the last Weigt belt you will ever buy. My back is really bad and so I need it for everyday jobs. Man does it work well. Thanks Tuffs for a belt that fits a over weigt man

Fantastic belt

The belt is fantastic quality. It comes a little stiff but it gives you a chance to manipulate it around yourself so it's the perfect fit. The lever has a good heavy clasp and I feel confident when lifting in it. Quick release in between sets means it's my go to belt now!
