The 80 page TUFF Workout Log Book helps you set, track and ACHIEVE your fitness goals! Unlike other basic gym books our workout planner allows you to set goals, record your workouts AND record your body measurements, one rep max and overall progress!
Our A5 gym diary allows you to track 60 training sessions with room for 8 exercises, cardio entries and a notes section for each training session. Record your reps and weight for up to 5 sets per exercise.
Our fitness journal also has a section to record your progress with body measurements and weight tracking.
