After the initial birth of TuffWraps.com in 2013, we have continued to improve and develop our brand in the USA, constantly adding new and exciting products to our range. Bringing you the same great TuffWraps quality everyone is now used to as well as keeping up the all important customer service we take so seriously.
Inevitably with the global reach of social media platforms such as FaceBook and Instagram, we started attracting customers outside the USA and began sending TuffWraps products to the UK, Europe and far beyond. To us this is a great achievement but with this we found new challenges in being able to provide the level of service we know our customers expect.
Essentially, postage becomes costly, tracking items becomes more difficult and lead times for customers to receive their purchases increase. All things which tend to degrade the level of customer service we strive for.
Therefore, with customer satisfaction as the driver we looked at many way to supply the UK and Europe such as, remote drop shipping companies, UK distributors and various shipping methods but every time we came back to the same conclusion, that it would just not be the personal level of service that TuffWraps demands.
In the end the solution was simple, create TuffWraps in the UK.
First of all I'd like to introduce myself, my name is James Colwell and I am the UK / European Director of TuffWraps. Alongside my better half Laura we run and manage the consumer and trade distribution of the business.
